Like a previous poster pointed out. They are not asking for individuals fluent in any foreign language. It doesn’t look, at a cursory glance, completely benign. As I’ve stated previously, unfortunately, the financial holes being dug cannot be escaped for decades if ever. obama needs a terrorist attack to get out of this mess and retain control.
