Dude - time out - I agree with you. However, the Left has figured out the attention span of the Media (less than 10 seconds). YOu don’t get to go on and on if you are from the Patriot side. YOu don’t get to debate at these forums. You get a few minutes to let your congressperson know how angry you are. Letters to the editor and conservative journals are good for preaching to the choir. We simply have to get the majority back in the House come 2010. That’s where we need to be putting most our energy and $$$, I think. I will go to Tea Parties (show of numbers is good). If you are saying that we need to keep ourselves disciplined and not ranting lunatics, you are absolutely correct - no sense giving CNN its 5 second spot of the Nazis Gone Wild!
I'm having a change of heart about the protests at the meetings, especially after reading about and seeing some of the goon tactics perpetrated by the leftists. The disruptions are getting attention, and that's a great thing - especially when the congresscum are parroting leftist talking points incessantly. They need to be called out as liars immediately.
