In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."

All of her briefs are very poorly written, with numerous misspelling and basic procedural errors. Why people think she will be successful in any of this is beyond me.

It's true. She really isn't a very good lawyer. I imagine some of the judges are looking at her motions and thinking that they see better legal work from guys living in the graybar motel and working pro se.

But bless her heart for trying, anyway.

I love her dearly for her efforts to get the One, but I hope she could find a good para-legal to check her work. Only the obots have “proved” it a forgery.

So isn’t there a competent FR attorney of independent means and mind with the time to take this on? Someone literate and articulate? Bet he wouldn’t have a hard time raising legal fees. ;-)

She needs to get another attorney to proof read her filings and help with the cases. Not good.

This Judge Carter case may be our only chance.
