Portugal shares the peninsula with Spain. Why would it not also be ‘Hispanic’?
It’s the “Iberian” peninsula, not the Hispanic peninsula. And the left has a hard enough time dealing with white privileged Spaniards getting the benefits they intend for Central American Mestizos with dark skin, but haven’t figured out how to work it out.
