If all Orly had is a picture, then she did us a disservice by posting it. If she has a real document in hand, then she had the obligation to have it examined by a Document examiner to see if it was an obvious fake. (ie ink jet or laser graphics.)

Document analysis is beside the point in this case. What she should have done was to authenticate the facts asserted by the document with the proper authorities. That would have saved the court time and Orly embarrassment. But the forger correctly gauged her crank temperament and was able to score nicely as a result.

“But the forger correctly gauged her crank temperament and was able to score nicely as a result.” Well, you removed any doubts as to what you think of the birth cert search and the defense of the Constitution and the right of the people to know the truth about your Pres_ _ent. Not that it wasn’t obvious where you slinked anyway, given the preponderance of your obamaphantic posts.

This is clearly unreasonable, because she was filing to for assistance to do just this, authenticate the facts.

However, as I said before, she did have the obligation to prove that the document wasn't an obvious forgery first. A jewelers loop is sufficient to discern if a document is a product of ink jet or laser technology and this cursory inspection by a document examiner would seem to be the threshold of what might be expected as due diligence in this. Just as the impression of the seal would bear the imprint of a coin's denomination under any magnified scrutiny. This not being done, would be a real and serious lack of appropriate care.
