“Nazis” and “swastikas” are tough to compete with to be sure!

First they the Nazis decided to get rid of invalids in the hospitals. It was about money. They asked why the state should have to pay to keep people alive whose condition did not make life all that worthwhile. They were considered "unworthy lives" of state support.
Only later did the "unworthy life" concept spread to idealogy, race, and religion and then to the concentration camps and other horrors.
Happily not all nations that have enacted socialized medicine have reached that level of evil and horror. But considering that it did in the case of the Nazis her comments sure seem misplaced.

You know, this kind of banana republic propaganda works for petty dictators when they control their armies. I don’t see Pelosi or Obama changing our military onto their side anytime soon. Obama does which is why he is putting together his own army “just as well equipped as the military”. He has millions to do it with too.
