I think that conservatives are so outraged at Specter, they’ll swallow their concerns. They didn’t feel that way against Bob Casey, who is pro-life and pro-gun, though liberal otherwise.
People who are pro-life and pro-gun do NOT vote for Sotomayor. Senator Casey the Younger is, in reality, neither as evidenced by this vote. Don’t concede his re-election just yet.
