So now this entire campaign is about nothing more than “guaranteed affordable health insurance for every American”?? I think we’d better examine that, and understand just how dialed down that is from the “actual” big package they’ve been trying to sell for months. Someone please elaborate on this for me.

Reality check: They haven't "dialed down" anything. They are just lying at the top of their lungs trying to fool the people too stupid to know any better.

I know, I know, that was my point.....suddenly the “terms” of nationalized health care, or whatever strange beast bearing whatever strange name they want to apply to it, morphs into something much smaller , more manageable, and yes, indeed, BENIGN-—a mere plea and plan for “affordable health insurance”-——who could argue with that? And it’s under that teensy little flag they’re going to try to push a thousand page bill through?
