Check out the armed forces seals around the outside of the cake (what's up with that anyway?). You can see frayed thread on a couple, indicating they are actual embroidered patches. Yeah, but when the cake stops moving, the patches keep spinning...

Could not help noticing that the statement issued by The Kenyan after the journalists were released referred to Bubba as "FORMER President Clinton". Presidents usually refer to their predecessors as "President....."
And yes...the cake is hideous.
