Courtney is the rep for CT-2. I don’t know who’s in this district but I am pinging the list I have. This man is a piece of garbage. Another damn lawyer bowing to the lobbyists.

At the start of the conference, the AARP will call its 2nd District members and invite them to ask a question during the one-hour session.

This bastard won't allow call ins. He's hiding behind the skirts of AARP.

I'm in his district. Matthew M. Daly is running against Courtney: Daly for Congress

Good guy. Supporter of the Tea Parties. Courtney tried for his current seat in 2002 and lost to Rob Simmons (who is running against Dodd in 2010) 46% to 54%. In 2004, another Democrat lost by the same margin.

In 2006, Courtney won the seat by 83 votes.

The second district includes the Coast Guard Academy and Sub base. With Obama killing the F-22 (2,000 to 4,000 lost jobs at Pratt) Courtney should be in trouble (Dodd already was 15% behind Simmons. the F-22 debacle should push him further behind).
