One has to wonder who these “independents” and “democrats” thought they were voting for.
Obama came out and said multiple times that he was going to raise taxes, increase spending, reduce support for Israel, cut back on defense programs for ourselves and the security of our allies, and offer terms and incentives to our enemies in order to open a dialog with them (ignoring the fact that such tactics had been tried by every administration since our nation was born and failed).
He outright said all of these things among many other promises that would negatively impact everyone in our nation from rich to poor.
And these idiots who voted for the dems and Him-Who-Must-Not-Be-Criticized-Or-You-Are-A-Racist ignored or dismissed all that as rhetoric and playing to the base in order to get elected.
Err... Sorry, but no sympathy from me. Have enough problems.
