How long until 0bama apologizes to Russia for our country getting in the way of their navigating?
Obama probably invited russia to come and visit. Hoping they would be close if he need to make a quick exit back home.
The right thing to do is to stage naval maneuvers where the subs are cruising, do some ASW training, and then apologize.
