“I also don’t like your attempt to set up a snitch network on people who oppose your health care reform proposal, nor do I like the demonizing of insurance companies and people who oppose health care reform at town hall meetings.
“’Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.’” I must admit, you and your Marxist Democrat lunatic lackeys are quite adept at doing this. However, I and 98 percent of the planet’s population are onto you.

I did let my testicles descend enough to give my actual name and town in the email. I figured that if you could do it, so could I.
As to the name...I have always subscribed to the "John Hancock" reasoning in that regard, for good or ill.
