People cashing in clunkers don’t mind stealing from their neighbor

If I was in the market for a car and could take advantage of this I probably would, just like I don't pass up tax breaks I'm entitled to.

The people to be mad at are our elected representatives who passed this thing. There are a lot of industries out there hurting right now, including hospitality and retail which are big here, who decided the auto industry gets a subsidy but they don't???
