Yes, that's a fact. Here's one more fact...that can be used against Obama in court.
Obama's mom Stanley Ann lied to the Hawaiian court in her January 1964 divorce. She stated in her divorce papers that she 'was now and more than two years a resident' of Honolulu. The fact is she was living throughout late 1961 through 1962 as a resident of Washington state. The plaintiff establishes these facts that Obama and his mom lied to the court - without any doubt. Obama lied to the Illinois Bar and Stanley Ann lied to the court. An inform judge will make it much easier for a decision to go on to 'discovery'.
Not sure about this, but I think there could have been a law in place that students at a college or university would not obtain residency where the school was. (Local officials would lobby for these laws so students could not influence local elections.) Her statement might have been technically true even though she was enrolled in a WA school.
Remember that Robert Kennedy was elected a Senator from New York when he wasn't living there. A post office box or a rented room or a Kennedy-owned property sufficed to make the claim that he was a New York resident.
As to the aliases: is this another case of putting the cart before the horse? That is to say, do we actually know what he wrote on his bar application? Has anyone actually seen that application? Or are you just assuming that he left out his other name? So many conjectures come up once once and then people assume that they are proven facts. It's worth asking where the documentation is.
I assume that if Obama was called Soetoro for a time, he should have listed it (though I have no idea whether he did or not, and don't know if anyone really knows that for sure), but there is a gray area. Gerald Ford was known as Leslie King at birth, but he never used the name himself. Would he have had to mention that?
