I watched the video but wasn't quite sure what was going on. What do the initials "B.R." stand for? Baton Rouge? Boca Raton?

Why was the policeman acting as the enforcer for ACORN? Because he personally supports Obama?

Seems to be an anti Obama deal and ACORN showed up and best I could tell, ACORN got to stand wherever and policeman said “thats the way it is.” I have no clue if he personally supports Obama.
