Once considered buying houses in Detroit.

And barging them eslewhere, to be installed as lake-front houses somewhere else.

But my economic analysis indicated the tax liability on the vacant land in Detroit, after I removed the house, would kill any profit from the scheme.

So why didn’t you just do it and not pay the taxes on the land and let the bums take it back for nonpayment?
