That’s a nice speech. Did you even read what I wrote? The constitution leaves it up to the Congress to determine what a natural born citizen is. The Congress passed the immigration and naturalization act many years ago and has updated it a number of times. Most recently in 2001 of which former Senator Nickles was a member of. In the immigration and naturalization act it specifically states that a child born to two U.S. citizens is indeed a natural born citizen of the U.S. It really does not get any plainer than that. Perhaps former Senator Nickles should read the constitution and the immigration and naturalization act as well.
On track...just look at what is happening at the town halls this summer.
I think that was tried in Little Rock. Bottom line, POTUS has the guns, and I envision no scenario in which the military would allow marshals or anyone else to depose an elected president.

It’s clear that the authority if the Constitution has been severely undermined already. If the Kenyan Imposter was allowed to stay in office after having been proved a fraud, civil war or submission would be the only options.

No, the Constitution leaves immigration and naturalization up to Congress. Redefining specific terms of art within the Constitution itself by an Act of Congress is not possible. It requires Constitutional amendment.

Okay dude, you want to win an argument rather than finding out what is correct. No reliable people ever questioned the fact that McCain was eligible to become President but I guess you and a few small minority of people know better.
The reason that the Obama issue is alive is because of what the laws that Congress put down at the time were. That is the immigration and naturalization act of 1952.

Note the last paragraph because this particular lib writer goes to prove that they will claim that Obama has proven his natural born status and thus admit it’s a necessity BUT if it proves that he indeed wasn’t qualified via natural born status then a) it doesn’t really matter and b) even if a removal was sought legally it would be impossible to pursue to success:

Very possible. That's why I agree not to apply much intensity. The fact is Hawaii has restated that they have the long form, they have verified the long form's authenticity. Thus they have once again proven that the COLB is a certificate for a certificate and that libs are lying when they say the BC has been released.
For me that's all I need to say. I just want to force libs to confront the fact that the original, long form has not been released. I usually tag on that this could be the biggest rope-a-dope in history.
A woman named Orly Taitz (sp?) has produced a copy of a kenyan birth certificate. Someone has posted a fake Aussie BC that makes it look like the kenyan certificate was copied from it... but evidence points to the Aussie BC being a forgery. Time will tell.

My understanding is that if it requires statutory authority to make someone a citizen then that itself precludes one from being a Natural Born citizen.
Natural Born status cannot be created by statutes.
He didn't choose Biden, the Convention did.
And there's nothing in the Constitution about "running mates" President and Vice-President are entirely separate offices.
