More likely is that all UK dominions had a similar form for birth registration.

Although I think the Kenya form is a fake.

This is a scan of a recent certified copy of my Australian birth certificate.

I believe I have older certified copies in a safe deposit box, though I'm not certain I kept them (I got this one because they were getting so tatty). They looked very similar to the Bomford certificate.
