Seriously, you could be right of course but if you poke around the http://www.bomford.net/worcestershire/index.htm website you will see a pretty standard kind of genealogy site. It looks pretty legit. Dig a little deeper and you will find our Jeffrey David Bomford in the genealogy hierarchy with his birthplace listed just as it is on the Australian BC. But, like I said, anything is possible if you have Google, Photoshop and the Internet on your side.
