Look at the signature and the word Deputy in the bottom of the images posted. The top is the Kenyan and the letters consistently follow the paper folds. The Kenyan also did not “delayer” when processed by Photoshop Elements. The bottom image is from the Australian document and delayered into six separate parts. The image is ripe with numerous photoshop manipulations. The entire half of the Australian document was flattened (image). I will try to undo in some older software I have later today. I have a feeling the right side will break up into an equal amount of layers. The people who fabricated this failed to flatten the left side and then the entire document.
Okay. So to sum this all up (I had left for the evening and apparently missed out on stuff...but then was drawn back to this thread like a bee to honey)...
From what you and others can tell so far, this Bomford thing is a Photoshop fake and is provably forged?
For what purpose though? And when? BTW how was that form found?
Also interesting...while it’s still in my browser cache, I tried the link over in Safari and came up with a “file not found” error.
