There are a few things that stand out to consider it's authentic.
I know someone who is a notory of public... for a avergage person, you need to put a lot of pressure to make the seal with a embossing machine....
If it was faked or altired since 1962, you can not make that area flat again without messing up the paper... the seal is real ...
The paper it self is aged, or yellow color.... if it was a fake, or tried to make it look old.. the whole piece of paper would still be crisp.
The whole piece is aged and soft as a piece of old paper would be.
Look at the wrinkles.... take a new piece of paper and fold it carefully... the folds would be clean .... when a piece of paper is folded and aged, the wrinkles or folds expand... look at the folds....
Look at the stain or spot.... whatever it is...
As a old piece of paper would be, the ink in some of the letters is fading.
