A Quogue woman with two guns in her car was arrested after she was found taking pictures of the Air National Guard base in Westhampton Beach on Thursday night, according to the Suffolk County Sheriffs Office.
Nancy Genovese, 49, who had an XM-15 assault rifle and a shot gun along with a cache of ammunition in her car, was took photos of the perimeter of the base at Gebreski Airport on a number of prior occasions as well, guardsman reportedly told deputy sheriffs. A Southampton Town Police officer spotted Genovese when she returned after she had been warned not to return by guardsmen, sheriffs said.
Genovese was charged with criminal trespass and was arraigned at Southampton Town Justice Court where she pleaded not guilty and was ordered held on $50,000 bail at Suffolk jail. She is due back in court on Aug. 7.
The Sheriffs Office reported the incident to the FBIs Joint Terrorism Task Force as well as the Department of Homeland Security, who are investigating.

I’m guessing she won’t be seeing her Bushmaster again.
Wonder what kind of shotgun she had?
Well, here’s the theory (and Glenn Beck quotes):

True, it IS Alex Jones, conspiracy nut extraordinaire. But we need to keep a very close eye on this government - particularly with King Barry calling the shots.

Back in the 70’s there was a NIKE missile battery south of Miami which sat right next to a public road. The missiles were spot-lighted at night, very impressive sight. One night a friend and I drove past and he decided to take a photo, stopped the car about 50 yards from the site where it was pitch black and set up his tripod. Out of the dark came a booming voice, “I wouldn’t do that if I were you”. Being young high school kids with beer in the car, we hightailed it. I’m sure the guard who was watching us got a good laugh.
