The one thing I do question is the modern looking fonts on the form it's self, before it is filled in with type. This is one issue I haven't seen proved or debunked yet.
Again I am waiting for all of the info before I decide one way or the other.
At his point though, It caries as much weight as what zer0 has offered for his "proof" of eligibility, IMO.
