Obamas fathers was not a U. S. citizen, therefore Barack Obama II cannot be a natural born U. S. citizen. It doesnt really matter where the birth took place.
If this is true, then why do we have soooooo many illegals bearing children here who immediately become "anchor babies?" I don't think the Constitution mentions the nationality of either parent when conferring citizenship on a newborn. Please cite where in the Constitution it makes reference to the parentage of the child.

You’re confusing U. S. citizenship with Natural Born U. S. citizenship.
But for the record, I disagree with current U. S. policy that allows anchor babies to receive U. S. citizenship just because their Mexican National parents sneaked across the border in time for the mother to give birth. It wasn’t intended to work that way, but the law has been perverted pver time.

You are confusing “citizen” with “natural born citizen”. Offspring of illegals born in the US are (unfortunately) citizens, but not natural born citizens.
