Except thus far the Supreme Court has refused to hear any cases involving Obama’s eligibility and they have rejected them all without comment. Its obvious that they have no interest in getting the Judicial Branch involved.
All 93 US Attorneys now work for Obama and any Special Prosecutor would be appointed by Obama’s Justice Department under Attorney General Eric Holder.
