Don't know if it is fake or not, but the big thread had very little font analysis, and I read it all day long.

The best approach to all these documents is to assume they are created by smart, bored teenagers. If there are world leaders creating forgeries then we will never unravel them. But we have a chance with a Dan Rather level forgery, so we need check for those kinds of mistakes.

In other words, go over every artifact, dot, dash, font, word and sentence in detail. Try to find problems with the thing. If we can't, then assume it is real. So far, we have not done that with this document.

Would-be hoaxers would have long since learned from the 2004 forgery incident. This document was created with typewriter; anyone with a brain would do it this way as it would take 100X the effort to accomplish the same thing in Photoshop, and still be unsatisfactory. Look at the way the text follows the contours of the folds, the "OD" in Oduya being close together - a classic example of a typewriter skipping and having to be manually adjusted back.

Whether the document is an authentic typed document or a fake typed document is another question entirely. But the picture is unquestionable of a real piece of paper with text on it.
