Also note, there are the name of a witness, Doctor, and clerk that can be verified, as well.

I’ve hit it about 10 times in the last hour or so, with FF, Opera, OffByOne, and IE8, and only with Firefox does it warn me. My AV doesn’t say a word.

Your path would be the easiest to take, but somehow i doubt the Kenyan govt is going to assist in helping remove its favorite son from the Presidency. The “Birther Bashing” stories are getting more frenetic and frantic. (I thought that I should be redundant with the words) :)
On February 17, 1964 the formal title of the country was the “Dominion of Kenya”. It became the “Republic of Kenya” on December 12, 1964, about 10 months later.
This does not pass the smell test.
As much as I would like this document to be legit, the content would seem to suggest otherwise. Another Freeper pointed out that Kenya did not become a republic until December 1964. Do a search on “Dominion of Kenya” and you will find yourself wondering why the document bears the phrase “Republic of Kenya”.

If true, the GOP would also be guilty of treason for allowing an ineligible person to be elected President without protest.
