Who will be billed for the toothpicks used to hold my eyes open during the video?

All geezers who do show up for counseling, demand your Miranda rights and an attorney, and make them pay for it

I make a “will” out, or up date it anyway, every time I go out on patrol. I sure as hell don't need a government stooge sitting next to me telling me what to write, how to write it, and what to leave the government, like my personal property, my money, or my land to the govenment!!
Wake the F-— up America! Can't you see what the government is proposing here? Your end days are yours not the god D-mn governments!!!! Live free or die!

Under the plan, Medicare would reimburse doctors for one session every five years to confer with a patient about his or her wishes and how to ensure those preferences are followed. The counseling sessions would be voluntary. I can see this as a quick buck to be made by the doctors. One quick question to you while you are in for your yearly checkup, reaps a bucket of money for them. They do not even need to ask you 'do you want to discuss your end-of-life plans?'.

Sorry but read the bill they aren’t “rumors”. I love how they think they can lie and lie about what the bill has in it when all one has to do is go and read it. Seniors would be wise to listen carefully and disreguard what the Dems are telling you because they speak with fork tongue.

“Cash for Croakers” sounds so ... well ... unfeeling. Instead, how about a phrase that conveys the happy warmth of a successful shopping trip: “Cash at Checkout.”

We'll be like the turkeys on that "South Park" episode: herded into a theater to watch a nice movie about sunsets while a buzzsaw comes out of the walls...

My big concern is that this issue will about “ending it all” will not only apply to seniors, but also to those who have challenges or chronic illnesses.

Well in the last year, since I was 49, I had been recieving e-mails from the AA(L)RP and since I had just turned the BIG 5-0 this year TWO letters in the mail with their offical membership card encouraging me to join. Talk about eyes turing round like coffee soup bowls.

Although the counseling provision is a tiny sliver in a behemoth bill, the skirmish over end-of-life care, like arguments about abortion coverage, has provided ammunition to Obama's opponents and threatened to derail the president's broader health-care agenda. There is a lot more evil in Obamacare than that. They want a committee of unelected bureaucrats to make future decisions about what treatments are allowed, and I'll take a wild guess that Obama is not going to stop appointing radical leftists to top government positions.

The solution is simple:
Take the government totally out of health care.
Is it constitutional for the government to take my money and use it to pay someone else's medical bill? I don't think so.
