With the video aligned upright, at 36 seconds in the upper left I see a black, red and green flag (descending colors)like Kenya, but the center image of shield and spears is not clear or missing perhaps due to blurring or ommission. Perhaps it is a variant of the KANU flag:

The Malawi flag has the same colors but a red rising sun intrudes from the middle red stripe up into the top black stripe, which doesn't seem evident admittedly through the blurring. Malawi is on the other side of Tanzania from Kenya.

I will be releasing a video in August (yes, 2009) which entails information about the birth place of US President Barack Obama. Regarding Birth Announcements . . .

The most sensible explanation is that there are tremendous benefits in being born an American. Free medical care for children (Title 19). Free public school education from K thru 12th grade. Free food (Food Stamps) if you can’t afford to buy your baby food to eat. Free housing for you and your baby until he or she turns 18 years old (Section 8 of the US Housing Act of 1937). A passport that grants you access to almost all countries in the world. A future that offers the opportunity of obtaining a great paying job. Loans for attending college and university. A long range and ever widening array of entitlement programs / supplemental income programs. The United States offers a nurturing environment for success. If you have the ambition and the aptitude you can achieve any measure of success in the United States. This is something that is not possible in many countries.

I personally know women from the Caribbean that find their way to the United States on work visas and K-1 / K-2 visas with the intent of giving birth to a child on US soil. After the child’s birth and the mother’s enrolling in AFDC (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) they then return to their home countries with their new ADFC debit cards and withdraw more than $300 every month from local ATM machines.

If your child was not born in the United States but you’d like to make it appear that they were then you’d have to put together as many possible pieces of ‘secondary’ evidence such as ‘birth announcements’ that your son or daughter was born in the Unites States. If you don’t have the primary documents such as a birth certificate (or at least a real United States of America birth certificate) then you need to marshal as many pieces of secondary forms of evidence and ID as you can.

This strategy (creating secondary forms of evidence which are much easier to forge than primary ID such as a birth certificate or driver’s license) is not new and is used every day by those who seek fraudulent ID. These secondary forms of evidence and ID are then used to secure primary froms of ID.

AS you can see I doubtful he is who he says he is?

In any case getting himself and the BC real or not out of Kenya may not be easy.

Hope he take precautions and didn't make the video public till he was in a safe place.

Lucas Smith makes some powerful arguments for forging birth certificates — BUT, most of those programs & benefits were not available in 1961, so I don’t know how they relate to Obama and Stanley Ann. I don’t think there was any such thing in this country as food stamps before Lyndon Johnson (after 1963).

I had checked sporadically on WND. I could not for the life of me find their particular showing of Smith's video. I was about to charge in to this thread and claim they had pulled it, and were going to forget the whole thing.

I just checked and on the header styled, "breaking", came a run down by old friend Dr Jerome Corsi.

It is a fake.

Corsi has an article at WND and says the bc is a fraud because the hospital refuses to authenticate it. He has a list of 8 points supporting his contention that it is bogus.

Possible debunk of Corsi’s point #4 re date format:

Wiki has a color-coded global map of countries using different date formats and Kenya jumps out all by itself (in purple) as using two formats, one of which matched the Lucas Smith video. It would be possible for Wiki to have been hacked and those with “way-back” investigative skills might want to see how long ago Kenya was shown as using two date formats.

Thank you for the heads up. Just approaching bed time in Northern Ontario close to midnight. I do not wish to be a naysayer to those who feel at long last there is something concrete. I respect their own investigation.

I flew Toronto-London and back in 1961. A 12 hour job. One look at a map of the world does indicate an incredible distance between Hawaii and Kenya. Three times at least more than I travelled. Stanley Ann Dunham, for all her free thinking was in a vulnerable position. Her man was no support.

That said, I would think Vancouver, Canada a possibility. If not, the actual wishes of the Framers of the Constitution, which probably demanded two American citizens of a child natural born. This on elegibility.
