“This bill OVERRIDES THE CONSTITUTION!”
And yet how many times when you try to tell people do they look at you as if you were stupid and say:
“That’ll never happen, it’s unconstitutional.”
I really don’t like this new Amerika.

At 2,800 fps?
Pignose Waxman has been a very prolific little communist recently, hasn’t he.
And to think that we have to rely on the Kalifornia freaks in Beverly Hills and San Francisco to dump Waxman and Pelosi’s sorry ass!
I wonder how long it will take for Zer0 to appoint a “food Czar” to personally take over another 35 percent of the US economy!
Here is the link to the full .pdf of the document (160 pages)

It has some kind of weird special signing notice that goes with it. Proving it has not been tampered with??
I am not that gullible.
I had not thought of that. I do believe that you are correct.
I do hope that the stupid bastards that voted for him are happy.
BACHMANN? I just wrote out a check - glad I haven’t mailed it yet. Thanks for the info.
That’s exactly the feedback I’m getting.
People have grown so comfortable in assuming that all Americans have other Americans best interest at heart they are ignorant.
The feedback I’ve gotten tonight; “That’s a little extreme. I think they are just testing the companies to make sure we are safe.”
They won’t get it until they are in a situation with food shortages and by then it will be too late.
Thanks lays out the problems well hope all who have questions look it over and call the Senate and keep calling what a disaster if this fascist regime controls our gardens.
From http://www.fontcraft.com/rod/?p=1354
“This bill has now been quickly rammed through the House of Representatives. When it failed to get the required two-thirds majority on Thursday a vote was taken to set aside the rules and it was passed with a bare majority. Democrat support was very strong, but most Republicans opposed the bill, presumably on the grounds of natural opposition to the expansion of government bureaucracy and power which it represents. It will now go on to the Senate where there will be another opportunity to stop it from becoming law.”
I have the food grade water barrells too, but I only have three. However we have a pond so we could use that for bathing and washing clothes and use the water for drinking.
Thanks for posting, Lori. Be prepared.
Thank you very much for that info.
Reminding myself
A mandatory annual fee of $500 for any facility that holds, processes, or manufactures food, a category defined so broadly that it would impact most of the small scale producers who sell things like cheese, bread, eggs and vegetables at farmers markets with a fee sufficiently high to shut many of them down.
Well, I guess that answers my question on the market on the town square every Saturday morning.
