How long has it been like that (licenses)? I last spoke to him about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago.
I am sure the money aspect would be no problem though.

They are a different class of gun and as far as I know they are like a class 3 and they have to have a license lots of paper work to own one and you must have them registered with the feds.
