I did some digging. Now I don’t know how reliable the source, DEFEND OUR FREEDOMS, is but this is what I found.
“There was no trial set for Keyes v Obama hearing yesterday, July 13th. The judge only permitted Orly Taitz to serve the US Attorney. This case was about procedure in serving the President. Not about merits of the case itself.”

And from what I’ve read, Taitz hasn’t had the best luck in the world serving the U.S. Attorney and/or Obama in the past.
