Will that civil war be before the next President election, or after it? Or will that civil war be before Obama opens his Presidential Library or after it? I kinda would like to know so I can mark it down on the calendar and them come back to check on that prediction...
Or, maybe to make it simpler to answer the question... will that civil war be while Obama is still in office or after he is out of office?
