Obama could be a citizen but he IS NOT a natural born citizen because his father (by Obama's own admission) was a Kenyan national. He is therefore ineligible to be President of the United States because he had only one parent who was a U.S. citizen. It takes two.
Obama, Jr. (Barry Soetoro) would have been be a “NBC” if Obama, Sr. had been a Green Card Holder having Permanent Resident Status and as we well know Stanley Ann Dunham was an American Citizen. Obama Sr. NEVER held Permanent Resident Status in the United States.
