And then, if you “compel him” — then why don’t you have it now?

Another “clue-train” here...

The reason why you don’t have it now and why you’re not looking at that birth certificate right now — is — there is *no legal requirement* for a candidate to show his birth certificate.

And thus... that leads directly to the next step of making it *legally mandatory* to produce a birth certificate by getting that state law passed to that effect...

Now, that seems *very simple* to understand... but if it isn’t...
