The DNC and RNC will determine who represents them. But, the states are the ones who say who goes on the state ballot...

And hence... that’s why when you enact a state law that requires a candidate to produce his birth certificate... he will produce it — or else he won’t be on the ballot in that state.

So, he might be the RNC or the DNC candidate — but his name won’t be on the ballot in that state... LOL...

The states are assured by the parties that the candidates are qualified. That what the statements are for. Please get more info before trying to debate this.
