I think this is what’s happening at camp Hillary! :
1. She reads the tea leaves to guage the public support of Barry and his policies.
2. If all is well, she sticks around at State and then runs again after Barry if she does not look like Helen Thomas (Botox permitting) — there’s no way in heck that Joey-Joe-Joe Biden is going to make a run.
3. If Barry is tanking, she expolits this as a “centrist” - claiming that Barry’s policies are too far left and runs as the moderate dem.
There is no reason to keep a campaign staff ready unless there is a possibility of running (as far as I understand it).

Do you think she's open to the possibility of challenging him in the primary? Nothing like a good, dirty, bare-knuckle, knock-down, drag-out primary challenge to weaken both candidates! :)

As an entity, yes she is. As a pissed off politician she also appears to be starting to work against the Nazi socialist dictator. I would have taken her anytime over her POS boss and that is saying a lot.
