I was looking for the picture of that plane, but it eluded my feeble google search skills.

HOW did you find it?

That's the bird. AND A TWO SEATER TO BOOT.

So perhaps they needed this particular bird because it is a two seater. The photographer had to sit somewhere.

Are there many two seater birds?
