Yes, thanks.

I recall the day this happened, i was fascinated. Both because I like dozers and I hate tyrrany. The guy did it right. Composite armor, pretty effective against cop bullets.

Poor guy, he was driven to do what he did by others. I don’t know if I could really convict him if I were to serve on his jury.

Alternating layers of steel and kevlar would probably work pretty good too and be significantly lighter than the steel/concrete sandwich. Not that I’ve thought about armor a lot or anything. I think the only reliable way to defeat a sandwich plate other than simply overwhelming force is to do it layer by layer. First use something that will peel off a layer of steel, even if it doesn’t harm the concrete, say thermite. Then attack the concrete, and finally the other steel layer. Takes a while, but he’s driving a bulldozer for God’s sake.
