Look at the high survival rates on the USA vs. Socialized Medicine Europe and you can see the money being wasted on the elderly men in America who would otherwise die and reduce the financial burden of medical care. Sen. Dodd should (since he is age 65) get a packaged version of "end of life" counseling, given by a teenage Americorp volunteer, and two aspirins.
