These days, Cotton's bark may actually be bigger than his bite.

The aggressive six-year-old American Eskimo dog recently underwent a highly controversial dental treatment known as canine disarming to trim and smooth his teeth.

Cotton's owner Diane Krieger had tried just about everything -- puppy training classes, self-help books, and even assistance from "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan -- to tame her pup's dangerous bad habit, but the biting persisted. She even looked into dog rescue groups, but most refused to take pets with a history of biting.

Just like some people, there are sume dogs that are just plain bad, mean and destructive. In each case the needle is the solution.

A muzzle works pretty good. Just keep a muzzle on the dang thing unless it is eating.

They can take the teeth from a canine from his cold dead paws.

I agree. She tried and the dog still bites. She should put it down.

Oh, so now instead of ripping skin he’ll just crush bones.

Thank you! I have no idea why people insist on suffering a dangerous animal to live. I grew up around horses and dogs. And, I have had the misfortune of seeing “bad” ones of both. When the animal endangers innocents, it’s time to go.

I absolutely agree. Our fathers would have taken the dog out back behind the barn with a gun and a shovel.

As my husband says,”There’s too many good dogs around to put up with a bad one.”

As with the solution for feral cats, the solution for Aggressive Dogs is usually packaged in boxes of 20 or 50. The solution is usually of .17” or greater diameter, made mostly of lead, and is administered with an explosive propellant from a safe distance with a small rifle or handgun.

I am just a poor country boy, but that’s how we solved the problem of vicious dogs, or any other animal. All it required was the administration of 240 grains of soft lead being injected into the skull at 1400 fps. Problem solved.
