- You havent proven that to me. How do we know those are your real parents? You would have to PROVE their citizenship. Maybe you were switched at the hospital. You can come up with a number of scenarios. How do you know you werent born in Canada, flown to US and your birth certificate faked?

To be fair, there are in fact two classes of citizenship: born and naturalized. The 14th amendment speaks to both. They are equivalent in all respects save one: naturalized can never be president.
