“The country where a dual national is located generally has a stronger claim to that person’s allegiance.”

That statement came off the Dept. of State web site. I did not include a link simply for my health but for those that A) didn't know it all and wanted to learn; B) for those who wanted to verify what I was saying.

Again, whether a factoid or general statement or whatever ... That statement has zero bearing on actual US law on citizenship and nationality.

You don’t lose your US natural-born citizeship status except through a specific and clear renunciation of US citizenship.

This means that any person who is a US citizen at birth and does not renounce their US citizenship will be eligible to be President at age 36.

So we get back to the question: Was Obama a citizen at birth?
