It is standard procedure for a list of certifications to be
sent to the paper, from the registrars office.
His family had nothing to do with it.
It does not prove anything about his birth.
I never said he was born in Kenya, as I have NO idea where
he was born, and neither do you, because Obozo REFUSES to
release his REAL birth certificate. Why is that?
