Your belief is based on what one person said they saw. YOU have NOTHING - just accept the fact you’ve been conned.
Now if he and his family could only decide on a hospital to claim he was born in...................
At some point, you have to realize that arguing against a Supreme Court precedent that has stood for over 100 years is tilting at windmills. You cannot get to your view of what a natural-born citizen is without *both* ignoring English common law *and* overruling Wong Kim Ark. It wont ever happen, no matter what my opinion or your opinion is on it.
IF it came before SCOTUS, you would get a 9 to 0 ruling that: Natural-born citizen and 'citizenship acquired at birth' are the same. And any child of legal foreign residents is a US citizen at birth, and ergo a natural-born citizen. 9 to 0, slam dunk.
5th graders also havent grasped the limits of reality just yet.
I am sure you'll get this response: Russell Kirk is not a birther, so he must be a liberal troll. (/s)
Which in turn violates the 14th amendment and its interpretation in SCOTUS ruling Wong Kim Ark. It's strange that these purported defenders of the Constitution are eager to under-interpret/ignore parts of it that hurt their case.
From this side of the fence it looks like this:
I honestly dont know whether some of these birthers are just incapable of digesting simple logic and reasoning, or if they just reject arguments and airtight analysis that doesnt fit their pre-conceived considerations on this subject out of hand.
Some of the most eloquent and well reasoned posts Ive ever read on this site are posted in the Obama bc threads, by those arguing aginst birther nonsense. Yet even posts that are worthy of the best of the Founders are routinely dismissed by those who simply have dug in their heels on this subject, and worse, they get personally attacked for their wisdom.
I feel that debate and puzzling out differing viewpoints on current events is a good thing for a healthy community, so people need to lay off the ad hominems. Its unfortunate that someone felt they needed to kill someone’s FR signup for daring to question the birther madness.
Post 482: I you know of a single case in American history of a woman flying across half the pacific (let alone half way around the world) 4 days after her baby was born, to show up at state records offices for the express purposes of creating a faked place of birth for her newborn son, show us ... this is a unique event! Most women are still in bed after 4 days. Yeah, right, real easy.
And
Post 522:His birth hospital was Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu. Multiple family members have stated that.
So women stay in bed for 4 days after giving birth (we wish!) and Obeyme's family can't makeup their mind what Hospital he was born in. But WOSG beliiiieeeeve's Obeyme.
“Besides, there are times when Americans have to show their long form certificates are there not?”
Not really. there is no legal requirement where that would be used that isn’t satified by this COLB form that he already released:

Nope. The Long Form.
Factcheck?! ANNENBURG Factcheck?! The same ANNENBURG that Ayers and Obama worked for? LOLOLOL
As a father of 4, I know what a woman goes through having a baby. I also know that a generation ago, hospital stays for birth were longer than they are today. 3 days stay was typical. Risks were higher for babies so you took them home and cared for them there. Travelling overseas in that state? Pretty much absurd.
The statements are consistent. His birth hospital has been given as Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu.
Ah, the ol’ ad hominem standby.
Yeah, there could be some massive conspiracy ... or Obama was just born in Honolulu. (yawn)
They "might" have been in a hospital for 3 days but they weren't in bed. They got your butt up as soon as possible.

HAhahaha!!!
It was Queens in 2004 and 2008!
Again, whether a factoid or general statement or whatever ... That statement has zero bearing on actual US law on citizenship and nationality.
You don’t lose your US natural-born citizeship status except through a specific and clear renunciation of US citizenship.
This means that any person who is a US citizen at birth and does not renounce their US citizenship will be eligible to be President at age 36.
So we get back to the question: Was Obama a citizen at birth?
You use lefty talking points and sources. Wakeup.
Just tell us who Kapiolani *WAS* before you assume too much.
“They “might” have been in a hospital for 3 days but they weren’t in bed. They got your butt up as soon as possible.”
Pathetic! Get up and go across the room, maybe. Get up and fly off to another continent, not at all.
Dems are starting to score points off this issue. Might be time to back off unless we’ve got something new - remember it was a Hillary site that got this rumor started in the first place...
