Yea, that’s the problem, it all has to do with what was being used at the time that the printing is being made. So literally if I got a new one today, it would likely be subtly different then the one I currently have.
Its ... frustrating.
And it might have, if everybody hadn't gone nuts trying to update the software.
It so happens that I've seen similar issues cause some very "strange" results.
If you go back and read your initial plunge into that thread (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2302120), you will notice that you tried to assume the role of ‘correcting expert’. Your conclusion was notably a raging defense of Danae and chastisement of those questioning her. Admirable, but you were incorrect according to what the Vital Records folks have said.

I’ve been an administrator for large computer systems and for unknown reasons they can make inexplicable errors, especially after updating the software. Patches and fixed would have to be applied. It makes sense and could explain Danae’s anomalies.
And I posted my own doubts before you talked to them. It still doesn’t absolve anyone for the way they, and you, were attacking Danae. Plarik accused her of forging her COLB. She didn’t. YOU called her a liar. She wasn’t. I have a sense of decency. I didn’t think what happened on that thread was decent. And it wasn’t.

You can check for yourself. There is really only one other example other than Barry's forgery that says "filed by". I thought it said 2007, but another look says it could be 2001. If it is, then Barry's is again the anomalous one. The language could have been changed after 2001, before the others which were at least 2002 or 03. It could be that "filed by" is the old language, while "accepted by" is the new.
Mind's getting fuzzy, need to look at it all tomorrow evening.

Here is what I think is going on: Remember before Clinton was impeached, I think Stephanopolis or some other guy on ABC said that if Clinton goes down, it would then open a whole can of worms, meaning taking down a lot of people with him. What happened in the Senate? They did NOT want to touch this with a ten foot pole!
Now I see this sinister problem with the same eyes this time around, that if PINO is “falling” from the thrown based on the Constitutional crises of unseen or unheard proportion, the mess will be so grave that the card house of Congress will be crashing down. Remember this is what Philip Berg has been warning against BEFORE the election.
So now you have two of the three branches being black mailed to silence exactly the way the Senate handled Clinton in letting him off the hook.
Our Founding Fathers would be turning over in their graves if they could see how our nation has been corrupted by foreign powers initiated by the USSR many years ago!
The “Birthers’ are the only people in the U.S. that sees this clearly, and the “After-birthers” are doing their best to shut them down, which is a difficult task to do because of the Internet and the speed of light in communication, and they have the Constitution on their side.
Additional now PINO’s problems are discussed in the military, challenging him on his legalities to be THEIR commander-in-chief. It is going to be very ugly, because all 50 Secretary of States did NOT do their Constitutional duty to secure proper vetting, hmmmm!

Yeah, it well could. I have fallen victim to “The State Doesn’t Make a Mistake” routine, so I know it happens. And it is crazy trying to undo their mistake when they won’t even admit they could possibly make one. I had to go to court to straighten it out. Cost me plenty. Cost them zip.
Check the map. Honolulu is -10. The dateline should be at -12, but they fudge it so the Aleutians are the same day as the rest of AK.
