The cop in the picture is Gil Kerlikowske. He was the Seattle Chief of Police until recently when Obama recruited him to be the Drug Czar. Kerlikowske is famous for ordering the Seattle police to stand down during the Mardi Gras riots, claiming it would be too dangerous to send the cops in. The truth of the matter is that there was no politically tenable way for the Seattle police to crack skulls on what was an exclusively black mob targeting white people for brutally savage attacks. This led directly to the death of Christopher Kime, a young man who was beaten to death with a skateboard while the SPD watched like spectators.

I happen to recognize that picture of the cop. That was Seattle’s former chief of police, Gil Kerlikowski. He’s now the “Drug Czar” for Obama.
