As an Ariel Sharon supporter, fervently wanting to have the Temple restored, this is quite amazing, brazen act.. That it took place today is no mere coincidence being Tisha B'Av,the Ninth day of the Month of Av, the anniversary for the destruction of the first, second temples, having occurred by the strangest coincidences on the same day hundreds of years apart.

A similar group had planned years ago to crash a 747 into the mosque the purposes of which was to usher in an era of the Temple restored in its third iteration. The Israeli government having gotten wind of it intervened to prevent tragedy of unimagined proportions.
