We’ll see. Haven’t gotten a response yet. It’s funny, but the whole Dan Quayle potato incident was blown out of proportion. He corrected a spelling bee participant who had spelled the word correctly. However, it was misspelled on the card he had which was given to him by the school. He felt uncomfortable with the card but went ahead with it anyways and corrected the kid. The press lambasted him for it, but they find nothing wrong with Obama thinking there were 57 states in America.

This should be added to the list:

If George W. Bush had stated that there are 57 states or that 10,000 people were killed in the Greensburg, Kansas tornado, do you think the press would have given him a free pass on his "facts"?
